NTB Supply Group Forgings Limited, together with our long-standing partner forges in Jiangsu Province, China specializes in Open-die Heavy Steel Forgings and Seamless Rolled Rings.
Our group was built in 2006 and uses the most modern State-of-the-Art equipment and machinery. Heat Treatment like Normalizing, Quenching & Tempering, Stress-Relieving is done In-house. We have been audited by several overseas clients, and approved as supplier.
We have ISO9001 Certification.
We have Manufacturers Approval Certificates for Forgings from several certifying organizations such as CCS, GL, ABS, BV, LR, RINA, DNV, KBS and Product Qualification Certification from TUV, GL, ABS, BV, and LR.
Our company has In-house modern Testing Laboratories, and highly qualified Quality Control Teams.
Quality Control: with Ultrasonic, Liquid Penetration, and Magnetic Powder Testing, Chemical (26 elements) and complete Mechanical Analysis.
We supply Inspection Certificates 3.1 and 3.2 acc. to DIN EN 10204-in English and German
